  • Order date and amount (or invoice/receipt #)

  • Short description of the issue
    Security reminder: Never email a full SSN or full card number. If verification is needed, we may request only the last-4 via a secure channel.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS (SUMMARY)

  • 3-day cooling-off: Full refund if no credit reporting has occurred and no substantial work has been performed.

  • Before reporting begins (after the cooling-off window): Possible pro-rata refund minus reasonable onboarding/processing costs already incurred.

  • After reporting or substantial performance (e.g., KYC/identity review, account setup, first statement, verification work): Non-refundable.

  • Fraud/misuse (“cons”) discovered: No refunds and the account may be closed.
    How to request: Email support@thebureakingz.com with your name, purchase email, order date/amount, and reason. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to decide within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

DISPUTES ABOUT FURNISHED INFORMATION (FCRA §623)
If you believe information we furnished to a credit bureau is inaccurate, email support@thebureakingz.com with:

  • Full name, address, phone, and last-4 of SSN

  • Account number (if assigned)

  • What you dispute and why

  • Supporting documents (e.g., payment receipts, ID theft report)
    We conduct a reasonable investigation and respond within 30 days of receiving a complete dispute (45 days if you add information during the review).
